42" Yak-54

This aerobatic plane is a redesigned version of the 42" Yak-55 with more modern looks. This plane not only looks good but flys great. Rolls are very fast with the large ailerons. The elevator and rudder have plenty of authority. The handeling is great with minimal to no coupling.

Details

• Details and a build log of this plane can be found on RcGroups.
• The kit consists of all the foam pieces precut.
• The parts are cut on a CNC waterjet cutter and have alignment tabs for even easier building.
• The kit is cut from 1.5 lb "Beefy" EPP.
• All of the control surfaces come prebeveled.
• The wing spar slot is precut into the bottom of the wing.

• 3 - 1.5mm carbon rod for pushrods and elevator stiffener
• 2 - wire for ailerons.
• 6 - wire z-bend w/ heatshrink for pushrods.
